Pacific Capital Management was founded on great property management and great customer service! We have expanded over the years into real estate sales, renovations, and distressed asset management. We are committed to serving our clients, our tenants, and our employees with integrity, honestly, and to be transparent. In 2016 we merged operations with Mission Property Group which was founded in San Luis Obispo, California as a property management firm.We carry out our work—and pursue our passion—in California, Oregon, and Washington’s most dynamic communities. We love the spirit of the West Coast, and we’re certainly honored to contribute to the quality of life of its towns and cities. We strive to be involved in each community we operate in. We have offices in San Luis Obispo and Beverly Hills, CA, Astoria, OR, and Gig Harbor, WA.
